Job Overview:

The Swing Bed Coordinator/Activity Director (RN) is responsible for overseeing the swing bed program, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care and engaging in appropriate activities that support their recovery and overall well-being. This role requires a combination of clinical expertise, program management, and creativity in designing and implementing therapeutic activites.

Required:

Certifications/Licenses in IL or compact licensure states:
• Active RN
• BLS
