4 Critical Roles of the Position:

A minimum of one patrol per hour is required, covering all areas, including 9 or more floors. Officers must navigate the site efficiently to monitor for potential security concerns, ensure the safety of the premises, and respond promptly to any incidents.

This includes operating the company-issued site phone for logging incidents, writing detailed reports, and scanning QR codes strategically placed throughout the property. Familiarity with this technology is essential for accurate documentation, effective communication, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Professional Demeanor: Security officers are expected to maintain a professional, calm, and approachable demeanor when interacting with diverse populations, including transient individuals. The ability to engage with the public in a respectful yet firm manner is vital for de-escalating potential conflicts and fostering a safe and welcoming environment. Hiring Process: Our hiring process begins with a thorough review of resumes to identify candidates who align well with our company's needs.
