What you’ll do:
- As a Sales Manager, you'll directly contribute to the store's success by exceeding personal sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
- You'll be responsible for coordinating store operations, and ensuring that the store is on pace to hit key KPIs and performance metrics.
- Your responsibilities will extend to managing daily operations, including point-of-sale transactions and inventory control.
- You'll also be the champion for your customers, resolving their concerns and helping to cultivate a strong employer image in the local market.
What you’ll bring:
- Two or more years of proven success in sales and at least one year of leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in nurturing a culture of accountability and excellence
- Outstanding aptitude for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to drive a one-shot close
- Effective communication skills demonstrated through strong written and verbal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with accuracy

- Our compensation package is competitive and comprised of a daily rate and commission pacing people to $110-130K as a total package.

- This role is 5 days a week. All of our salespeople work on weekends.
