Accounting Intern at Shipley Energy – York, Pennsylvania

Rate: $16/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

Requirements:

• College Student with a major in Accounting
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity and innovation
• Proficient in computer technology including Word, Excel, Power Point, and e-mail
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Acquire knowledge of all finance and accounting functions and understand impact of each on the business
• Assist with various stages of the (re) budgeting process & implementation
• Assist with implementation of various process efficiency improvements
