Non-License/Licensed Fee-for-Service Therapist -Pasco/Pinellas at Dr. Tripp and Associates – St. Petersburg, Florida

Location: St. Petersburg, FL, 33701

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Non-License/Licensed Fee-for-Service Therapist to join our team serving the Pasco and Pinellas areas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to clients in a community-based outpatient setting.

• Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and therapeutic treatment tailored to individual client needs.
• Deliver community-based outpatient group, individual, and family therapy to clients, families, and all relevant caregivers as outlined in the client's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Coordinate and/or provide crisis intervention services as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to support client progress and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.

• Licensed or Non-Licensed Therapist (must be registered intern) eligible to provide fee-for-service mental health therapy.
• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and providing therapeutic treatment.
• Ability to provide group, individual, and family therapy in a community-based outpatient setting.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients, families, and caregivers.
• Knowledge of mental health treatment planning and documentation standards.
