About This Position
Nurse Tech Job Summary

PCU/Tele Cluster Description
Progressive Care Units (PCU) take care of patients with cardiac conditions that require continuous cardiac monitoring. We provide care for patients with a wide range of diagnoses, including congestive heart failure, unstable angina, acute coronary syndrome, renal failure, sepsis and cardiac dysrhythmias. PCU is considered a "step-down" unit from ICU for patients that are still requiring a higher level of monitoring than Med/Surg. Our goal on PCU is to provide high quality care with an emphasis on the mental, spiritual, and physical health needs of patients within a Christian environment.
