As a Sales & Service Support Coordinator, you will manage incoming quote inquiries and appointment requests for tire repair and automotive services. You will provide prompt, accurate pricing information and schedule service appointments while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Respond to phone, email, and online quote requests
• Provide accurate pricing for tire repairs, replacements, and related services
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments
• Follow up on pending quotes to convert inquiries into booked jobs
• Maintain customer records in scheduling/CRM systems
• Coordinate daily schedule with technicians
• Handle customer questions regarding services, warranties, and timelines

• Previous experience in automotive service.
• 3+ year experience working with customers, ideally in a call center setting with experience in scheduling appointments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication (phone & email)
• Experience in quoting and deliver sales estimates
• Prior experience working with CRM / scheduling software
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to dive into issues without hesitation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work wilt multiple store managers in your assigned area(s) while being able to multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
