Landscape Construction Labour - Opportunities in Squamish & North Vancouver

Does the thought of working outside with your hands, building landscapes you’re proud of, and being part of an energetic team excite you? Join Horizon Contracting Group and help us transform outdoor spaces into something spectacular. We’re looking for hard-working individuals to join our Landscape Construction Crew this spring and grow their career with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate a variety of tools and equipment like tampers, power saws, skid steers, excavators, and more!
  • Tackle diverse projects that challenge your skills while working outdoors.
  • Ensure safety is a top priority—complete FLRAs, inspections, and toolbox talks daily.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials while supporting your team.
  • Participate in company-sponsored training (we invest in your growth).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 1 year of industry experience in a related or progressive role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with teammates from all backgrounds.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks on time.
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Bonus if You Have:

  • Post-secondary trades education or are working towards your Red Seal in Landscaping or Horticulture!
