Part Time Men's Locker Room Attendant at Princess Anne Country Club – Virginia Beach, Virginia

This part-time position is Sunday - Tuesday, 6am-2pm (24 hours/week). Due to the location, this role is open to male applicants only.

The locker room attendant is responsible for daily services offered by the locker room and the cleanliness of locker room facilities. The locker room attendant upholds the Club’s standards of service by anticipating and graciously responding to the service needs of the Locker Room users.

• Perform personal services such as shoe cleaning, shoe shines and polishes, brush clothes, replace shoe spikes, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and wet areas as needed throughout the day
• Shampoo carpets, deep clean grout and buff floors as needed
• Restock towels, supplies and amenities such as toilet paper, soap, razors, after shave, etc.
• Clean and empty garbage cans and baskets
• Vacuum locker room floors and maintain an organized work environment
• Provide for the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property
• Maintain cleanliness of guest lockers
• Communicate towel supply needs with Housekeeping and Purchasing
• Maintain levels of locker room amenities and supplies
• Prepare supply and amenity orders and submit to the Assistant Manager – Clubhouse Operations for approval
• Understand how to read the tee time reservations sheet and use that knowledge to prepare for fluctuations in locker room usage
• Communicate facility deficiencies to Maintenance and Assistant Manager – Clubhouse Operations
• Conduct monthly inventory of supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of Lower Terrace and inside hallways
• Greet members and guests pleasantly and enthusiastically as they enter the Locker Room
• Seek opportunities to enhance the members’ and guests’ Locker Room experience by asking questions, listening and taking the initiative to deliver superior customer service
