This role is a strategic and operational leadership position within the marketing function, focused on ensuring marketing initiatives run efficiently and effectively. You will oversee creative operations, manage workflows and systems, and coordinate cross-functional projects across Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams. The position requires building scalable processes, driving operational rigor, and ensuring marketing delivers high-quality output consistently. You will serve as the central point of coordination for program execution, budget oversight, and resource allocation, while also leading ad hoc strategic projects. The role blends hands-on management with high-level strategic influence, enabling marketing teams to operate with clarity, speed, and accountability. - Own and manage creative operations end-to-end, including workflow design, intake management, resourcing, and delivery to ensure high-quality output
- Oversee project intake and pipeline, track milestones, dependencies, and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks across the marketing organization
- Maintain digital asset management systems, ensuring proper organization, tagging, version control, and accessibility of marketing assets
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for Finance, Legal, and Compliance, managing budget tracking, invoicing, reconciliations, and compliance workflows
- Lead ad hoc project management initiatives and operational improvements to optimize marketing efficiency and team performance
- Drive adoption of AI and automation tools for project tracking, asset management, reporting, and workflow optimization
- Partner with senior marketing leaders to implement processes that scale with organizational growth
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or creative operations within marketing, design, or advertising organizations
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, or other operational teams for budget management, compliance, and cross-functional coordination
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and senior stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging at the CMO level
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with demonstrated success driving operational efficiency
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems, marketing technology platforms, and AI-powered workflow tools
