Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)

Responsible for the maintenance of the University’s capital assets’ database, including capitalization, depreciation and reconciliation to the general ledger. Provides technical support and expertise of facilities, equipment and vehicle inventory functions. Serves as customer service specialist for the campus community in all matters of capital inventory. Prepare quarterly and annual footnotes, analysis, and other reporting needs as assigned by management.

Microsoft Office suite, database software (programming is a plus), SAP, Tableau, Crystal.
