Position Overview

We're hiring a full-time Warehouse Second Shift Manager to oversee our “Swing-Shift” team. You will be responsible for managing general warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and replenishing. Additionally, you will supervise employee groups, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety standards are followed during our afternoon and evening hours.

HOURS:
• Full-time Afternoon/Evening: Monday-Thursday from 2:30 PM to midnight, Fridays 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Note: We are now located at 4060 W 2100 N, Suite 400, Lehi, UT 84048.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise warehouse staff and manage direct reports.
• Oversee the “Swing-Shift” workflow to ensure shipping and replenishment goals are achieved.
• Enforce established safety protocols, including forklift safety and proper lifting techniques.
• Help with restocking and replenishing
• Complete all necessary paperwork as required.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate inventory.
• Assist in keeping a clean, clutter-free, well-organized warehouse.

Qualifications
• Forklift certified required
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Able to work accurately and efficiently while maintaining a sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt quickly to and learn software such as ERP systems, UPS, FedEx, etc.
• Ability to identify issues and communicate information to relevant personnel
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
• Knowledge of best warehouse safety practices
• Able to multitask comfortably and handle many roles in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, energetic attitude

• Due to the safety-sensitive nature of this position, candidates must undergo pre-employment screening and pass a drug test.

Physical Requirements
• This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pulling, and pushing
• Must be able to lift and move boxes over 55 pounds frequently
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists
