QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on support to daily manufacturing operations by executing assigned tasks in accordance with cGMP requirements, site SOPs, and safety standards
• Support equipment readiness, material movement, documentation, and area maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations
• Execute assigned manufacturing support activities per approved SOPs, batch records, and cGMP requirements
• Support equipment setup, breakdown, changeovers, cleaning, and sanitization activities
• Perform material staging, movement, and reconciliation of consumables and components
• Accurately complete GMP documentation (batch records, logbooks, forms) in real time
• Maintain manufacturing area readiness, including housekeeping, 5S, and visual management standards
• Identify, document, and promptly escalate deviations, discrepancies, safety concerns, or abnormal conditions
• Participate in shift handoffs, daily huddles, and cross-functional communication
• Complete all required training and comply with safety, quality, and data integrity expectations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 1-2 years of work-related experience
• Previous GMP experience
• Dependable execution of assigned tasks in a shift-based, fast-paced environment
• Clear verbal and written communication with operators, supervisors, and support teams
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work effectively within cross-functional manufacturing teams
• Available for all shifts
