Senior Associate Delivery Manager

This role sits at the intersection of project execution, cross-functional coordination, and product delivery in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives that contribute directly to strategic company goals. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to balance scope, timelines, and resources while ensuring high-quality execution. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align priorities and maintain transparency across multiple workstreams. Operating in an agile environment, you will help drive predictability, structure, and efficiency in delivery processes. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, adaptability, and problem-solving are key to success.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage low to medium complexity cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
  • Maintain and track roadmap commitments while aligning priorities between Product, Technology, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee project planning activities including timelines, schedules, risk identification, mitigation strategies, and issue resolution.
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting on project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Balance competing priorities and resource constraints to ensure successful execution of quarterly and strategic roadmap objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of communication for assigned projects, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
  • Support definition and tracking of success metrics for initiatives to measure delivery impact and outcomes.
  • Collaborate within agile teams, contributing to planning, execution, and continuous improvement practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or similar roles within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in agile development teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts and technical terminology related to applications and infrastructure.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, process improvement, and analytical reporting is highly valued.
  • Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or PMI-ACP are considered a plus.
