Job Description

Sr. Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A in United States.

This role sits at the core of enterprise financial strategy, driving how leadership understands, plans, and communicates business performance across a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will own critical top-line revenue modeling and lead the company’s long-range planning process, ensuring alignment between strategy, forecasting, and operational execution. Acting as a key partner to executive leadership, you will translate complex financial data into clear narratives that guide board-level decisions. The role combines deep analytical rigor with strategic influence, requiring both hands-on modeling expertise and high-impact communication. You will also contribute to M&A evaluation, integration planning, and financial due diligence in collaboration with corporate development teams. Operating in a dynamic, high-growth setting, you will help shape financial frameworks, improve FP&A processes, and elevate decision-making quality across the organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and maintain the end-to-end top-line revenue model, including ARR, churn, expansion, and related SaaS performance drivers
  • Lead the long-range planning (LRP) process, building multi-scenario financial models in partnership with executive leadership and FP&A teams
  • Drive alignment between LRP, annual operating plans, and rolling forecasts, ensuring consistency in assumptions and outcomes
  • Deliver deep-dive financial and SaaS metrics analysis, translating ARR, NRR, GRR, pipeline, and pricing trends into actionable insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build board-level reporting and executive narratives that inform strategic decision-making
  • Support M&A activities, including valuation modeling, due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition performance tracking
  • Manage and develop team members, fostering high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within FP&A operations
  • Identify and implement process enhancements across tools, reporting, and planning cycles to improve efficiency and financial visibility
Requirements
  • 10–12+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within SaaS or recurring revenue business models
  • 3+ years of people management or mentorship experience
  • Background in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital strongly preferred
  • Strong expertise in SaaS metrics and their financial implications (ARR, NRR, churn, LTV/CAC, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build complex driver-based financial models with limited direction
  • Experience supporting executive and board-level reporting with strong narrative and storytelling skills
  • Exposure to M&A financial modeling, due diligence, or integration planning
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with FP&A tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments with shifting priorities
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentive opportunity
  • Employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions
  • Flexible remote work options across the United States (role-dependent)
  • Generous paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays
  • Up to 24 weeks of parental leave support
  • Monthly work and productivity stipend
  • Life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability coverage
  • Wellness programs, counseling services, and employee assistance resources
  • Professional development access, including online learning platforms
  • Additional perks such as employee discounts and company-provided tools and accounts.
