This role is focused on managing and expanding strategic client relationships within the financial services ecosystem, acting as a trusted advisor across complex, long-term partnerships. You will guide clients through the full lifecycle of solution adoption, from consultation and implementation to ongoing optimization and growth. The position combines relationship management with commercial ownership, requiring a strong ability to drive revenue through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and measurable client outcomes. Operating in a data-driven, consultative environment, you will engage with senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers on both client and internal sides. - Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic financial services clients, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of solutions and services.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and services.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and long-term business goals.
- Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities across a suite of data, analytics, and software solutions.
- Lead regular client engagements including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and executive briefings.
- Negotiate complex contracts and manage sales pipelines, forecasting, and revenue tracking using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across product, legal, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
- Gather and communicate client feedback to influence product development and enhance customer experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or sales within financial services, data, analytics, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets in complex client environments.
- Strong understanding of data, analytics, software, and financial services ecosystems.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing complex contracts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and forecasting management.
- Ability to travel as required.
