You will serve as a vital member of a high-performance installation team, delivering seamless, large-scale flooring solutions across the United States. This role offers you the chance to master specialized resinous coating techniques while working on diverse projects ranging from 1,000 to over 100,000 square feet. • Execute the precise installation of high-performance resinous flooring systems to meet client specifications.

• Prepare substrate surfaces through rigorous mechanical methods to ensure long-term coating adhesion.

• Coordinate with team members to maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites during complex installs.

• Monitor and track material usage and job progress to ensure projects remain within scope and budget.

• Facilitate a culture of safety by identifying potential hazards and participating in daily safety meetings.

• Manage project timelines and crew dynamics to deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every square foot.

• Represent the companys 30-year reputation for excellence through professional communication and accountability.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding construction environment.

• Absolute willingness to travel nationwide and work extended hours or weekends as needed.

• Demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and extreme attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow technical directions from lead installers.

• Possession of a valid ID and the ability to maintain accurate time and progress documentation.

• Previous experience in resinous flooring, concrete polishing, or industrial coating applications.

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or mentorship role for Assistant Lead and Lead positions.

• Advanced knowledge of surface preparation equipment and specialized flooring chemistry.
