Responsibilities:

• Must take full ownership of plant operations, including production, maintenance, safety, quality, delivery, and overall financial performance.
• Must champion a strong Safety-First culture while driving daily performance across on time delivery, quality, throughput, cost, rework, and labor efficiency.
• Optimize staffing levels, scheduling, capacity planning, and workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Build scalable processes in partnership with Process Engineering, eliminating bottlenecks through Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and visual management practices.
• Set the long-term Manufacturing Operations roadmap, translate strategy into KPIs and actionable plans, and manage the operating budget and margins.
• Ensure operational readiness for new technologies, capabilities, and product introductions, including effective change management.
• Collaborate cross functionally to support flawless execution and resolve customer issues or production escalations quickly.
• Lead, mentor, and empower the site leadership team; establish a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement; and represent the facility to employees, customers, and executive leadership.

Required Experience:

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations environments.
• Extensive hands-on background in production management.
• Demonstrated success working in precision, high volume, and advanced manufacturing settings.
• Proven ability to strengthen production systems and processes through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as ISO 13485, ITAR, CGMP, or CMMC is considered an advantage.
• Background in scaling production operations and introducing new product lines, technologies, equipment, or processes.
