Accountabilities:

  • Perform end-to-end review of commission cycles, including calculations, configuration, system logic, and integration outputs.
  • Generate and distribute monthly commission statements to sales representatives using commission management tools.
  • Calculate and process commission payments in alignment with payroll timelines and financial controls.

  • Prepare and post monthly commission accruals in NetSuite within established deadlines.
  • Conduct variance and reconciliation analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure payment accuracy.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and improve commission processes and system efficiency.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to sales teams regarding compensation plans and related tools.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commissions analysis, sales compensation, FP&A, or a similar finance/operations role.
  • Strong familiarity with financial systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ or other commission management platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large and complex datasets.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in data-heavy environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain compensation structures clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, recurring monthly close environment.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement mindset.

Benefits:

  • 16-month contract (until July/August 2027) with potential for extension or internal opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, financial, and wellness benefits package.
  • Professional Development Budget to support continuous learning and career growth.
  • Dedicated Wellness Days and a Wellness Week initiative.
  • Lifestyle Spending Account to support personal well-being.
  • Employee Recognition Program celebrating contributions and achievements.
  • Inclusive, values-driven culture focused on transparency, curiosity, and respect.
  • Flexible and supportive work environment with strong cross-functional collaboration.
