  • Define and translate product requirements for data path, control plane, and management plane functionalities into actionable engineering deliverables
  • Lead prioritization of storage capabilities such as replication, data protection, compression, deduplication, tiering, and availability
  • Drive API strategy, ensuring consistency, usability, scalability, and alignment with partner and ecosystem integration requirements
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product releases
  • Establish and validate performance targets including latency, throughput, scalability, and reliability metrics
  • Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders into product planning and roadmap decisions
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in enterprise storage and cloud infrastructure
  • Support go-to-market activities including product positioning, technical documentation, and internal enablement
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technical product ownership in storage systems, infrastructure software, or cloud platforms
  • Strong understanding of enterprise storage concepts, particularly block storage environments
  • Familiarity with storage protocols such as SCSI, NVMe, iSCSI, and Fibre Channel
  • Experience defining and managing APIs as products, including REST and/or gRPC design, versioning, and lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of data protection, replication, disaster recovery, and high availability architectures
  • Ability to work closely with engineering teams on system design, architecture, and technical trade-offs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized environments is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range: 127,000 USD – 135,000 USD
  • Expected on-target earnings: 144,000 USD – 153,000 USD
  • Eligibility for bonus and variable compensation programs (subject to role and plan conditions)
  • Flexible working arrangements depending on role and location
  • Comprehensive benefits supporting health, wellness, and work-life balance
  • Opportunity to work on mission-critical enterprise storage technologies at global scale
  • Exposure to advanced cloud, distributed systems, and high-performance infrastructure solutions
  • Inclusive, diverse, and innovation-driven global work environment
