Job Title: Sterilization Technician & Office Cleaning Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician who will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office. This dual-role position is essential to ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sterilization Duties:

• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to established protocols
• Monitor and maintain sterilization equipment (e.g., autoclaves)
• Track and document sterilization cycles and logs
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies and notify management of shortages

Office Cleaning Duties:

• Perform routine cleaning of office spaces, including treatment rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
• Dispose of trash and medical waste in accordance with regulations
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in sterilization, janitorial, or healthcare settings preferred
• Knowledge of infection control procedures is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Dependable and punctual

Physical Requirements:
