Accountabilities- Create and maintain detailed integrated project plans for clinical programs.
- Define milestones, deliverables, and critical path activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers.
- Communicate project status and insights to stakeholders.
- 15+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical development.
- 10+ years of project management experience; PMP certification required.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex clinical programs.
- Strong understanding of drug development processes and regulatory pathways.
- Experience mentoring junior project managers preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
