Machine Operator – Fuel the Fun, One Snack at a Time

Work Location: Van Buren, IN

Shifts Available: Day Shift 4:30am - 4:45pm | Night Shift 4:30pm - 4:45am | 2-2-3 Schedule

Hourly Pay: $21/hour

Position Overview:

In this role, you will help keep our production lines running safely, efficiently, and up to quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment
• Adjusting machinery to maintain product quality and efficiency
• Identifying and addressing issues before they lead to downtime
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
• Completing quality and food safety checks throughout your shift
• Communicating clearly with teammates during shift transitions
• No two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll stay engaged and continue building new skills.

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in troubleshooting equipment

• $21/hour starting pay
• Average Annual Salary: $50,232
• $0.50 raise after 90 days and another $0.50 raise after 6 months
• $3/hour night shift differential
• Average Annual Salary: $50,232
• 2-2-3 schedule (work just 7 days every two weeks)
• 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents.
• Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy.
