Shifts Available: Day Shift 4:30am - 4:45pm | Night Shift 4:30pm - 4:45am | 2-2-3 Schedule
Hourly Pay: $21/hour

Position Overview:
In this role, you will help keep our production lines running safely, efficiently, and up to quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment
- Adjusting machinery to maintain product quality and efficiency
- Identifying and addressing issues before they lead to downtime
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
- Completing quality and food safety checks throughout your shift
- Communicating clearly with teammates during shift transitions
- No two shifts are exactly the same. You’ll stay engaged and continue building new skills.

- $21/hour starting pay
- Average Annual Salary: $50,232
- $0.50 raise after 90 days and another $0.50 raise after 6 months
- $3/hour night shift differential
- Average Annual Salary: $50,232
- 2-2-3 schedule (work just 7 days every two weeks)
- 3 weeks of paid time off in your first year

Qualifications:
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English to perform job duties effectively and safely.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret production schedules, SOPs, and safety documents.
- Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail, with focus on quality and accuracy.
