Paralegal Bilinge con Experiencia en Real Estate (Remoto)
$3,500,000 - $4,000,000 a month
Responsabilidades principales Ser el punto de contacto inicial con los clientes: llamadas, correos y coordinacin general. Administrar calendarios de abogados/paralegales (reuniones, llamadas, fechas clave, Zoom). Mantener archivos digitales organizados y asistir en la preparacin bsica de documentos. Apoyar tareas administrativas (data entry, escaneo, correspondencia, efiling bajo instrucciones). Colaborar con abogados, clientes, prestamistas y terceros para asegurar seguimiento oportuno.
