Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will serve as the strategic leader of our field and project management divisions, overseeing the total operational health of all active builds. This high-impact role empowers you to mentor Project Managers and Superintendents while ensuring every project reflects the elite standards of Breeding Contracting LLC.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Oversaw the daily operations of all active residential and commercial projects to ensure total alignment with company quality standards.
• Mentored and managed a high-performing team of Project Managers and Superintendents to foster professional growth and operational consistency.
• Evaluated project progress across the entire portfolio by conducting daily site visits to identify and resolve high-level logistical bottlenecks.
• Directed the strategic allocation of resources and personnel to maximize efficiency and meet critical completion deadlines.
• Audited project budgets and schedules to ensure all regional operations remain profitable and on track for successful turnover.
• Cultivated executive-level relationships with clients and stakeholders to maintain the firms reputation for integrity and partnership.
• Standardized field reporting and communication protocols to ensure seamless transparency between site teams and the executive office.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of comprehensive experience in construction management with deep technical knowledge.
• Proven track record of managing and developing other Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPMP (Certified Project Management Professional) certification.
• Ability to travel daily to various jobsites throughout the West Los Angeles area.
• Advanced expertise in managing complex project portfolios and high-level risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in both high-end residential and large-scale commercial sectors.
• Exceptional leadership and conflict-resolution skills in high-stakes environments.
• Proficiency in advanced construction ERP and scheduling software.
