This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale global partnerships with top-tier Global System Integrators (GSIs), driving co-sell initiatives and expanding enterprise revenue. The Director, Strategic Partners (GSI) will own the partner ecosystem, developing joint solutions, enabling field teams, and executing global go-to-market strategies. This position requires strong cross-functional leadership, influencing senior stakeholders, and aligning strategic initiatives across multiple regions and service lines. Success in this role will materially impact partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell velocity, and multi-year transformation programs. The role is ideal for professionals with deep cybersecurity and enterprise partnership experience, who thrive in dynamic, distributed, and high-growth environments. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering exposure to large-scale global engagements and transformative cybersecurity initiatives.
Accountabilities:
  • Build, manage, and scale relationships with top-tier GSIs across advisory, integration, managed services, and cybersecurity practices.
  • Serve as the primary contact for global and regional GSI stakeholders, aligning programs with partner objectives and enterprise opportunities.
  • Develop repeatable workflows, playbooks, training content, and joint go-to-market motions to accelerate co-sell and solution adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure technical and commercial readiness.
  • Influence strategic enterprise opportunities, participate in executive briefings, and support multi-year transformation initiatives.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, revenue targets, and performance reporting.
  • Evaluate partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive accountability for measurable revenue outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 710+ years of experience building, managing, or selling through global system integrators or large advisory firms.
  • Direct experience with leading GSIs such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, EY, NTT, Capgemini, or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through large, complex partner ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity, including ransomware defense, endpoint security, detection/response, or resilience solutions.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, with strong executive presence and credibility with CISOs, GSI practice leaders, and delivery architects.
  • Experience designing joint offerings, solution integrations, go-to-market plans, and co-sell motions.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, judgment, and professionalism in complex enterprise environments.
  • Bonus: Experience embedding security products in managed services, MDR/MSSP, or cyber transformation programs, and familiarity with enterprise procurement or global co-sell frameworks.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ($200,000$216,000) plus discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision) with premiums paid for employees and dependents.
  • 401(k) plan with generous employer contribution.
  • Short- and long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance.
  • Flexible PTO policy and parental leave.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement in a fast-growing, innovative cybersecurity environment.
  • Fully remote work with a globally distributed team.
