- Garantir padronizao e qualidade de cdigo entre mltiplos mdulos
- Liderar decises tcnicas e apoiar o time em desafios complexos
- Atuar de forma hands-on quando necessrio
- Conectar arquitetura com objetivos de negcio
- Garantir escalabilidade, segurana e performance
- Coordenar boas prticas de versionamento, releases e governana
- Atuar como referncia tcnica para o squad
- Participar de refinamentos estratgicos e planejamento de roadmap
- Experincia slida com React
- Experincia com React Native
- Arquitetura modular / micro-frontends
- Experincia com state management (ex.: MobX ou similar)
- Vivncia com Design Systems corporativos
- Experincia com observabilidade e analytics
- Experincia com Node.js (BFFs, APIs REST/GraphQL)
- Experincia com Java / Spring Boot diferencial
- Arquitetura de microsservios
- Integraes sncronas e assncronas
- Experincia com CMS headless (ex.: Strapi) diferencial
- Conhecimento em Clean Architecture / Hexagonal
