The Role
Megaport is seeking a driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across India. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC, this role will be responsible for driving demand generation, brand presence, and regional marketing programs in support of our India growth strategy.
This is a critical role in a high-growth market. You will contribute to regional strategy while owning execution in-country, working closely with India Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to build pipeline and accelerate revenue.

This role requires someone in the office 5 days a week in Gurugram with no exceptions, please do not apply for this role if you are unable to be in the office in a full time capacity.
What Youll Be Doing- Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for India aligned with overall company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the local Sales Leadership team to ensure initiatives support pipeline growth and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency and integration of regional and global marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate Marketing Initiatives support pipeline growth
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across India.
- Support new logo acquisition and demonstrate marketing contribution
- Own customer marketing initiatives to support customer retention and upsell.
- Activate a mix of social, digital, content, partner, and event channels to drive performance.
- Event Support & Management:Own planning and execution of in-country events, including industry conferences, partner events, roundtables, and customer engagements.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure event activity aligns to priority accounts and pipeline objectives.
- Manage event logistics and follow-up to ensure strong ROI and lead progression.
- Work with sales leadership to identify and recruit channel partners
- Cultivate strong relationships with key industry partners, associations, and influencers to amplify Megaport's presence in the region.
- Collaborate with our partner ecosystem of data center operators, cloud providers and resellers to jointly execute partner programs and co-marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling and region-specific marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and whitepapers. Adapt regional content, messaging, and campaigns for the India market.
- Support the development of local customer stories, case studies, and sales enablement materials where required.
- Ensuring content resonates with the target audience and supports lead and revenue generation efforts.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools, including Marketo and Salesforce, to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Use your reporting insights to improve your performance over time, and share key lessons with the wider team.
- Proficient English required, as this role involves regular written and verbal communication with global teams and stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, with a focus on the IX, technology, or telecommunications industry.
- A degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven success in developing and executing successful regional marketing strategies, with the ability to demonstrate how success was measured and increased
- Hands-on experience with the following tools: Marketo and Salesforce CRM
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to think creatively and come up with new ideas that are fresh and interesting.
- Ability to think critically and translate your ideas into actionable plans that align with business objectives.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with globally distributed cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- You use analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions about what to improve and what to abandon.
