We are hiring a Lead Management Specialist 1 to be the engine of our sales machine. This is not a typical sales role. It is the foundation of our growth. You are responsible for hunting through inbound leads and converting them into paying patients through aggressive outreach and qualification. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat. We are looking for someone to claim a kingdom.

Convert inbound leads into paying patients through relentless execution.

Engage prospects via phone, email, and text within aggressively defined SLAs.

Master the kingdom qualification framework to assess lead readiness with precision.

Own the handoff process to Consultation Specialists to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Earn your way up to Closer and leadership roles by hitting targets consistently.

Convert 51 new sign-ups per month. Anything less is a missed opportunity to change a life.

Maintain a 42% lead to paid consultation rate through elite efficiency.

Execute 63+ complete initial touchpoints per week. Speed and consistency win.

Work Schedule: Following a 90 to 120-day performance assessment period, this role moves to a permanent schedule of 4 x 10-hour shifts, Wednesday through Saturday.

Requirements: This is what it takes.

Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or high-volume customer acquisition.

Exceptional over-the-phone communication skills; this is a non-negotiable requirement.

High business acumen and the ability to manage a pipeline and CRM without being micromanaged.

Must be a current resident of North Carolina.

A relentless work ethic and a desire to be promoted based on merit, not tenure.

$64,540 OTE consisting of a $52,000 base and uncapped commissions.
