A Baker at Nothing Bundt Cakes creates high-quality cakes by strictly following proprietary recipes, using commercial equipment to mix, bake, and package various cake flavors and sizes. Responsibilities include maintaining ingredient inventory, ensuring food safety, cleaning workstations, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Baking Excellence: Precisely measure, mix, and bake cakes in all sizes and flavors according to brand standards.
• Production & Efficiency: Operate commercial mixers, ovens, and tools to meet daily, high-volume production demands.
• Quality Control & Safety: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including cleaning/sanitizing workstations and maintaining proper, consistent product rotation (FIFO).
• Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient levels, assist with inventory checks, and notify management of needed supplies.
• Support & Teamwork: Assist with packing, cleaning, and preparing for the next shift to ensure smooth bakery operations
  

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical Strength: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow strict recipes, and ability to work independently.
• Availability: Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience: Previous baking experience is a plus, but not required.
