What You’ll Do

• Coach 1-on-1, semi-private (2–6), and small group sessions
• Deliver structured progressive programs
• Track and reassess progress every 4–8 weeks
• Build accountability that keeps clients long-term
• Uphold coaching standards across all sessions
• Be around trainers that show up day in and day out, happy be able to do such rewarding work

Schedule is for an Evening Position

• Mon–Fri 12:30 pm - Close
• Every other Saturday: 6:30 am – 1:00 pm
• Sundays always off

Compensation & Growth

• $50,000–$65,000 annually
• 25+ sessions/week guaranteed
• Clients provided
• Paid continuing education
• Clear advancement path (Senior & Lead Coach roles)

• Communicate confidently, professionally, and with care
• Uphold the quality that makes Infinity a standard for personal training

• Exercise Science or similar degree preferred, not required
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, etc)
• Have coached clients in a professional setting
• Hold yourself to high standards — even when no one’s watching
• Communicate clearly and confidently
• Care more about client outcomes than anything else
• Want feedback, mentorship, and growth
• See coaching as a career, not a side gig

Infinity has led the Collin County area in private personal training for over 15 years, where trainers are expected to coach, and clients come specifically for professional guidance. The clients are primarily adults over 30 who want to train safely, intelligently, and consistently. Many have joint concerns, past injuries, or years of frustration from other gyms.
