Lunchroom Supervisor (K-8) at Immanuel Christian School – Springfield, Virginia

It will be the Lunchroom Supervisor's job to provide a clean and structured lunchroom environment for students to eat their lunch.

Lunchroom Responsibilities

1. Prepare the lunchroom by doing the following:

a. Labeling each table by number

b. Putting paper towels on each table for clean up

c. Having bathroom passes/utensils ready to go

d. Making sure the spray bottles are filled with cleaner

2. Maintain a level of quiet lunchroom discussion among tables

3. Send out ParentSquare emails for parents to sign up to help in the lunchroom

4. Warmly greet volunteers who come to help in the lunchroom

5. Communicate with the Recess Supervisor when lunch/recess periods rotate

Professional Responsibilities

1. Arrive on time to prepare the lunchroom

2. Communicate with maintenance when potential bathroom issues arise (clogged toilet or broken sink)

3. Able to demonstrate leadership skills working with a large room of students
