What You’ll Do
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and manage HVAC Service Technicians to achieve performance goals in revenue, productivity, close rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide hands-on field coaching, technical guidance, and customer service training to continuously elevate team capability.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top technical talent to support branch growth and service demand.
Operational Execution
- Partner with dispatch to align technician strengths with service calls, ensuring efficient scheduling and coverage.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and lead team meetings and huddles to drive accountability and results.
- Conduct regular ride-alongs and field visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and strong employee engagement.
Business & Process Management
- Oversee operational workflows including ticket review, payroll coordination, inventory management, and field support.
- Collaborate with Branch Leadership to implement business strategies that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer retention.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and brand trust.
Performance & Compliance
- Track and manage performance metrics to optimize technician productivity and branch profitability.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, company policies, and local/state compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education
- Minimum 3+ years of HVAC lead, supervisory, or management experience in a residential HVAC service environment.
- Proven track record in team development, operational leadership, and customer-focused service delivery.
- Experience using field service management platforms (ServiceTitan preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, reporting tools).
