Secondary Operator – 3rd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Friday
10 pm to 6:30 am
Shift differential: +$2.00/hour for 3rd shift

R&L Spring is a family-run manufacturer with a team-focused culture and long-term career opportunities. We are looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who take pride in quality work and want to grow in manufacturing.

• Set up and operate secondary production equipment
• Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed
• Perform in-process quality checks to meet customer specifications
• Inspect, sort, and package finished parts
• Complete production documentation using tablets
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and communicate any issues to your supervisor

• Ability to follow work instructions and read basic blueprints
• Comfortable using tablets or computers
• Mechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledge
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

• Stand for most of the shift
• Lift up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Occasional bending and crouching
