About the Role:

Serve as the central link between candidates, performance teams, and onboarding workflows

Ensure clear, consistent recruiting workflows, accurate leader data, and seamless candidate experiences

Schedule: 8:30AM5:30PM CST

Work Modality: Hybrid

Language: English proficiency/Bilingual

Experience: 12 years

Interview Process: 1 interview

Start Date: Immediate on finding the right candidate

What Youll Do:

Act as the primary communication point for recruiting candidates

Manage calendars for recruiting, onboarding, GSD, and APR processes

Maintain ATS and onboarding workflows on Monday.com

Support LinkedIn recruiting and candidate outreach

Prepare recruiting, onboarding, and performance reports

Ensure data accuracy, workflow discipline, and operational consistency

Coordinate with training and performance management teams

Who You Are:

Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail

Skilled in managing multiple calendars and stakeholders

Dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Motivated to build and improve operational systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting, operations, or administrative roles

Familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools

Strong reporting and performance-tracking skills

LinkedIn recruiting or professional outreach experience
