Responsibilities Include

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
• Monitor residents' health status and promptly report changes.
• Supervise CNAs and ensure compassionate, professional care is delivered at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident records.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and urgent resident needs.
• Uphold facility standards and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• RN degree – Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
