As a Customer Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of customer experience initiatives, transforming strategy into tangible results. You will work closely with leadership to optimize systems, processes, and analytics, ensuring high-impact projects are delivered efficiently. This role blends operational rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven insights to improve CX performance. You will support tooling rollouts, process improvements, and executive reporting, while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows. Accountabilities:- Support operational planning and project management for CX initiatives.
- Execute tooling rollouts and optimizations, including AI automation, QA platforms, and WFM systems.
- Maintain clear documentation and operational hygiene across all initiatives.
- Analyze trends across automation, SLA performance, QA signals, and CSAT, providing actionable insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, and CX teams to move initiatives from scoping to implementation.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Support special projects and operational SWAT initiatives to remove friction and drive results.
Requirements:
- 25+ years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, project management, or fast-growing startup environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ownership, follow-through, and execution on projects or process improvements.
- Coachable, eager to learn, and able to quickly adopt new systems, frameworks, and processes.
- Structured thinker capable of breaking down complex problems.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfort operating in a fast-scaling, high-energy environment.
