Reports to: SVP, Director of Regulatory Compliance
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Lakeside Bank is seeking a seasoned and motivated Compliance Officer to join our growing team. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role that partners closely with leadership and business units across the bank to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

This is an exempt, officer‑level position, with compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. Officer level and compensation will be based on previous compliance experience.

Salary range: $58,000 – $120,000
