The Service Market Segment Leader drives growth and adoption of specialized service solutions within the National IDN segment, focusing on Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and hospital-based Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) programs. This role blends strategic account management, commercial execution, and customer-centric solution positioning to maximize market impact. You will develop territory business plans, create tailored business cases, and partner closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to accelerate revenue and optimize processes. By mentoring teams, championing brand strategies, and leveraging Lean methodologies, you will influence high-performing culture and continuous improvement. The role requires a combination of strategic vision, strong commercial acumen, and hands-on engagement with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple market segments. This field-based position allows direct interaction with clients while executing measurable growth initiatives.
Accountabilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans to achieve sales, revenue, and turnover targets, adapting strategies to market changes.
- Partner with marketing and sales leadership to position service solutions, ensure consistent product visibility, and maximize adoption.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining compliance with policies and optimizing promotional roll-outs.
- Collaborate with account management, merchandising, and operational teams to streamline processes, apply Lean principles, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting leadership behaviors, high performance, and professional development.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market share and deepen customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or related fields with proven revenue and growth achievements.
- Strong expertise in field sales planning, CRM utilization, partner/stakeholder management, and customer satisfaction practices.
- Skilled in KPI monitoring, reporting, budget management, resource allocation, operational management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to develop tailored business cases and solution offerings for complex healthcare and ambulatory markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable with field-based work, engaging directly with customers, suppliers, and operational sites.
