Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician “Handyman” to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to maintenance requests, performing a variety of repair and upkeep tasks, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities. No car wash experience necessary. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to service requests from various locations. Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and operational efficiency of equipment, facilities, and systems. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and schedule service tasks effectively. Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of new equipment and IT systems. Provide technical support and assistance to staff members regarding equipment operation and IT-related issues. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance activities. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
