Responsibilities:

• Responsible for reviewing blueprints to verify all dimensions and specifications, ensuring optimal quality and efficient production.
• Skilled in operating at least two multi ? spindle screw machines while maintaining high-quality output and meeting established production rates.
• Duties include sharpening essential cutting tools-such as cutoff blades, form tools, shave tools, and drillsand maintaining proper machine fluid levels.
• Capable of interpreting SPC charts to monitor quality data and adjust as needed. Committed to sustaining a clean, safe, and well ? organized work environment and performing additional tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have knowledge of blueprints and gaging.
• Must have prior experience with multi-spindle screw machines.
