Vacanza Romana is seeking professional, hospitality-driven Servers to join our front-of-house team. Our servers play a key role in delivering an elevated dining experience by providing attentive service, guiding guests through our Italian menu, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our commitment to genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all guests
  
• Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations on Italian dishes, wines, and cocktails
  
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system
  
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout their dining experience
  
• Maintain a clean and organized section, ensuring tables are properly set and maintained
  
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
  
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
