About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Specialist who can not only maintain and grow our brand identity but also drive paid marketing initiatives through strategic campaign planning and creative execution. This role bridges brand management and performance marketing, ensuring that all paid campaigns reinforce brand positioning while achieving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, consistency, and engagement across all channels.
• Conceptualize, design, and produce creative assets for paid campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and business objectives.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for both brand growth and campaign performance improvement.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and brand metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Ensure all internal and external communications are on-brand and resonate with target audiences.
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives with integrated branding and paid media strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Strong creative skills with experience in copywriting, visual storytelling, and campaign ideation.
• Data-driven with the ability to analyze campaign performance and brand metrics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
