The Goals and Challenges of this Role:
  • Support the Welding Engineering Team with the implementation of new welder tracking/recordkeeping software
  • Spend time on the production floor with fitters, welders, and other Production Team Members to optimize process flow, process parameters, and troubleshoot when needed
  • Conduct Surveillance Audits to ensure welders are welding to approved welding procedures
  • Utilize internal Cobot systems to successfully complete automated welding
  • Other Duties as Assigned

What You Should Bring to this Role:

  • Your school experience
  • Having experience in welding and/or steel fabrication is a plus
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with other Team Members and managers
  • Excellent Verbal, Written, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to make decisions and be accountable
