Summary

Dedicated and customer-focused individual who will provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, supportingvarious office services and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role involves a diverse range of tasks, from reception and mailcenter operations to conference room support and office moves.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.

Assist with mail/package sort, scanning, and delivery to recipients. Shipping and receiving duties.

Support office moves via packing and moving of furniture and boxes.

Backfill coworkers during lunches, breaks, scheduled and unscheduled absences

Offer suggestions for process improvements to the operation’s procedures during account coverage

Assist with office supply and copier consumables (toner, staples, etc.) management

Perform daily inspection and touch point service of copier equipment

Manage conference room setups & breakdowns – chairs, easels, assist with all tasks associated with events management, etc.

Assist with maintaining conference space

Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

College Degree

Excellent customer service skills
