This role plays a critical part in protecting the firm’s ethical integrity by identifying, analyzing, and resolving potential conflicts of interest across a broad range of matters and practice areas. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, a deep understanding of professional responsibility rules, and prior experience within a law firm conflicts or compliance environment.
