Accountabilities
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and produce clear, analytical legal content.
  • Analyze and interpret legal materials to develop new online and print content.
  • Write high-quality articles on current tax issues for attorneys.
  • Ensure all legal content meets required standards and is compliant with regulations.
  • Leverage AI and automation for streamlined content development and editorial processes.
  • Collaborate with various teams to scope and draft analytical content.
  • Contribute to the strategy and execution of new content projects.
  • Identify and recruit authors for high-quality legal content.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation in content creation.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree required; advanced tax law degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of tax practice experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation (EBEC) is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated analytical, legal research, and writing abilities, with proficiency in integrating AI insights.
  • Technical skills in MS Office applications; experience with LLMs for drafting.
  • Familiarity with legal research tools like Lexis+ and data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork.
