We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatch of electric, plumbing, and HVAC services, ensuring efficient operations and timely response to service requests. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Debrief all techs after each job

• Arrange follow up appointments with customers

• Match the best calls to align with the techs best suited based on skills and job complexity

• Work with the customer service team for call booking direction

• Assist with other projects such as pulling reports or confirming data accuracy

Certi?cations, Quali?cations, and Requirements

• Interpersonal and customer service skills

• Home service provider experience

• Preferred minimum of 1 - 2 yrs. of experience or Customer Service Representative experience with 2 yrs. of dispatch experience

• Ability to answer a high volume of calls and emails daily

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attentive, friendly, and patient

• Effective time-management skills

• Positive and driven team player

• Proven track record of excellent attendance

Education and Experience

• HS diploma/GED
• Preferred minimum of 1 - 2 yrs. of experience or Customer Service
• Representative experience with 2 yrs. of dispatch experience
