Accounting Specialist at IDEAL READY MIX COMPANY, INC. – West Burlington, Iowa

Ideal Ready Mix is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support our accounting team. In this role, you’ll help keep daily financial operations running smoothly by processing invoices, preparing customers billings, and maintain accurate records.

What You’ll Do

• Process and enter accounts payable invoices accurately
• Prepare and generate customer invoices
• Maintain accounts receivable records and assist with tracking balances
• Respond to vendor, customer, and internal billing inquiries
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Provide additional accounting and clerical support as needed

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of accounts payable or billing experience preferred
• Construction industry experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Especially excel)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Starting wage $20-25 per hour – Paid weekly on Fridays!
