This role offers a chance to drive meaningful impact by implementing and optimizing Microsoft D365 CRM solutions for mission-driven clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, and deliver tailored solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic guidance, enabling you to influence both system design and process improvements. You will lead workshops, create documentation, provide user training, and support ongoing system enhancements. Collaborate with customers to gather functional requirements and understand business processes.
Configure and customize the D365 CRM system, including entities, workflows, and custom plugins.
Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
Document functional specifications, process maps, and system configurations.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and recommendations for system improvements.
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Stay updated on D365 CRM features and best practices, driving continuous enhancement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CRM consulting, including hands-on configuration and customization.
Proficiency with D365 CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service.
Experience with Power Platform tools: PowerApps, Power Automate.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
U.S. citizenship and ability to pass an FBI background check required.
Nice-to-have: familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, victim services, or jail management systems; Microsoft Certifications (Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate).
